Objective: This audit is commissioned in order to meet our financial report compliance to SEC, BIR and other stakeholders and to confirm an appropriate expenditure and receipts of FORGE, Inc.

Project Period: January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 (1Year)

Conduct of Audit: Preferably last week of February 2023

Audit Budget: Up to 40,000.00 inclusive of taxes and all expenses incurred during the audit

Date and Venue: The audit will take place on inclusive dates aforementioned at FORGE Main Office located at 9B St. Christopher Street, Doña Maria Village I, Punta Princesa, Cebu City, Cebu.

Final Report Date: On or before March 10, 2023

Final Report Language: English

We kindly ask you to provide us with your offer, taking a position in particular to the following points:

1. Membership in the IFAC
2. Qualification of the proposed employee/auditor
3. Current BOA Accreditation
4. Current BIR Accreditation
5. Presentation of your company and your experience in particular in the area of verification of projects funds
6. Understanding the audit order and the intended implementation
7. Asking price, including tax and all expenses to incurred, possibly travel expenses
8. Work schedule
9. Submission of the Final Audit Report

Preferably has experience in auditing a Non-Government Organization (NGOs) with Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) Certified.
